Kathleen is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Driven by a deep curiosity and passion for helping others, she continually studies the latest research on effective muscle-building strategies. Kathleen has always found fulfillment in empowering others to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
House calls are $90 per session ~ includes nutrition coaching.
